Chapter 32 P7
Chapter 32 - Part VII(My specialized chapter - Heartbrokened) Featuring: Da Ya & Ao Quan ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In a local pub. Ao Quan drank and drank. Alcohol always seemed to help during these times. If he would have a choice, he would chose to not drink, but it always seemed that in this kind of situation, alcohol was his only way of heal his broken heart. Sitting at a table, Wang Zi, Xiao Yu & Ah Ben were comforting him. After finishing his sixth cup of vodka, Ao Quan: Waiter! One more! *The waiter brings one more glass of vodka for him* Xiao Yu: Ao Quan...Stop drinking already, its bad for you. *Tries to take the glass away* Ao Quan: Ughhh! Go Away! *Pushes Xiao Yu away* Ao Quan dranked that glass of vodka in one big gulp. He then placed the glass on the table & lied down on Wang Zi's shoulder. Ao Quan: Da Ya... Wang Zi: Ao Quan, you're drunk, lets go home. Ao Quan: No! I want some more... Ah Ben: Ao Quan, you cant take any more alcohol already...You rarely drink, if you drink more, it'll only make you feel worse. Ao Quan: You guys are so girly...Men drink! Who says I dont drink! Xiao Yu: I know you are sad because of Da Ya..but have you ever thought of it, maybe it was Aaron who was behind all of these? Ao Quan: Huh? Wang Zi: Ao Quan... Ah Ben: Let me say this guys, I know more about Aaron than you guys do. Ao Quan: What are you guys talking about? Why bring Aaron into the picture? Xiao Yu: No Ao Quan, listen to Ah Ben carefully. Ah Ben: Thanks Xiao Yu. Ao Quan, Aaron is a womenizer. Having worked in the restaurant for a long time already, I noticed that he was a usual customer of the restaurant. Time by time, he brings several women to the restaurant. And he has two motives for coming, one is to flirt around, second is to dump the girl. Ao Quan: So? What does that have got to do with Da Ya? Ah Ben: Wang Zi... Wang Zi stares down at his watch, considering whether he should tell Ao Quan the whole truth or not. What would happen if he told Ao Quan about it? Will his hatred for Da Ya deepen even more? He made a conclusion - He would tell Ao Quan the truth. Wang Zi: Ao Quan. Ao Quan: Hmm? Wang Zi: Aaron was Da Ya's ex boyfriend. Ao Quan immediately got up on his feet. He blinked. Da Ya was Aaron's ex-girlfriend? What does that mean? Was Aaron trying to get her back? What happened between the two of them? Xiao Yu: Ao Quan... Ao Quan: What happened.. Wang Zi: She got dumped. Ao Quan: I see... Ah Ben, sad to see his good buddy being so sad over this matter, decided to tell him what they saw the other time. At first, he didn't want to interfere with the matter, but it seemed that it had got so serious, especially between Ao Quan & Da Ya, thus he decided to step up to tell Ao Quan the whole truth. Ah Ben: Ao Quan, listen up. Da Ya still loves you. It was Aaron who forced kiss on her, she wasn't willing at all. Ao Quan: She wasn't willing? She wasn't willing? Then why didn't she move when he tried to kiss her? The rest of them were stumped. Ao Quan had a point there. Why didn't Da Ya stop Aaron from kissing her? Did she want him to kiss her? Ao Quan: You see! She had never forgotten about him! That's why she did not struggle with him! Ao Quan starts crying in Wang Zi's arms. The rest of them were shocked at this sight. Ao Quan was not the sort to cry in front of his friends. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Soon, they got home. It was quite late then, probably about 12 to 1 am? By then, Ao Quan was quite drunk, but still a little sober. Xiao Yu & Ah Ben were holding him, as he was wobbling the entire time. It was the first time Ao Quan got really drunk and he could not move without falling down onto the ground. Wang Zi, whom was carrying their stuff, decided to switch on the living room light so that they could see better. As he switched on the lights, he saw a figure sitting on the sofa. It was Gui Gui. She was waiting for them to get back home. Wang Zi thinks: Oh no, what's she doing here? Gui Gui, realising that the four of them had reached home, stood up as she saw the already drunked Ao Quan. She walks towards them with a serious look on her face. Wang Zi: Gui..... Gui Gui: Ao Quan. Wang Zi: He's drunk, he cant reply you now. Come, lets go upstairs to talk. *He tries to drag her away but to no avail* Gui Gui: No, I want an answer from him now. Ao Quan: What?! I want to sleep already... Gui Gui: Ao Quan, do you know Da Ya is suffering these few days? She refuses to eat anything, she doesn't do anything except to cry, just because of you! Ao Quan: Aiyo, ask Aaron to comfort her la! She doesn't need me now anyway... *Piack* Gui Gui slaps Ao Quan. He didn't want to care about Da Ya anymore. How could he do this to her? She ran up to the second floor, crying profusely. Even if she needed to wait for the elevator to get upstairs, she didn't want to wait on the same level Ao Quan was at. As the elevator door opened, Gui Gui got into it quickly. She did not want Wang Zi to catch up with her and see her crying. She pushed the button for the door to close, but suddenly, out of nowhere, a hand stopped the door from closing. It was Wang Zi. He had run after her after he put down the stuff he was carrying. Gui Gui continued pushing the button. She did not want him to get into the lift with her. However, Wang Zi was strong, he managed to push the doors away and got into the lift. When the doors to the lift closed, there was an awkward silence between the two of them. Gui Gui looked away from Wang Zi. She hoped he did not see her crying as he was already vexed enough over Ao Quan. As the lift reached the third level, the both of them walked out of the lift. She opened the door to her room and Wang Zi followed in. Suddenly, a pair of hands grabbed her from behind. Wang Zi was hugging her. Wang Zi: Gui, dont do this to me. Dont be afraid to look at me. Gui Gui cried even more after he said that sentence. Wang Zi, noticing the change in the flow of her tears turned her around, meeting the tears of hers flowing down her rosy cheeks. He grinned at her and made her laugh. Wang Zi: You finally smiled. Gui Gui: You are so bad! Wang Zi: Of course! I have a naughty girlfriend, so I must be bad in order to match with her weird personality! The two of them then sat on her bed. Gui Gui's face then changed. Wang Zi noticed the change in her face. Wang Zi: Ao Quan...He still loves Da Ya. Gui Gui: How do you know. Wang Zi: He was sort of mumbling her name throughout the whole journey home.. Gui Gui: But he should know that Da Ya wasn't cheating on him! Wang Zi: He knows that. But... Gui Gui: It's Aaron right? Wang Zi: Yes. Gui Gui: It's all my fault. I shouldn't have invited him to our house.. Tears started folwing down Gui Gui's face yet again. She was upset that she had indirectly caused her two best friends to be miserable. She hugged Wang Zi tightly. He was her only comfort that moment. Wang Zi hugged her back and comforted her. Soon, the two off them drifted off to dreamland, hugging each other... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Finally I had time to actually type this!
